Returned items must remain in brand-new condition and be suitable for resale. This includes, but is not limited to: intact original packaging, complete accessories, and an absence of obvious signs of use or human-induced damage.
If an item suffers from quality defects, shipping damage, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).
II. Refund Information
Once we have received and verified that the returned item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase; the actual time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the processing speed of your payment institution.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., you simply do not like the item or it does not fit), the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. However, if the return is due to product quality issues or a shipping error on our part, the return shipping costs will be covered by this website.
